Tropical Croton Plants
Codiaeum, commonly know as croton, is found in the open forests, thickets, and scrubs
of the eastern pacific islands and Malaysia. Crotons come in
an impressive array of colors ranging from black and yellow to
orange, green and deep maroon and almost always variegated.
Considered to be the original color change plant, young croton
leaves begin one set of colors and mature into another. With
proper care, croton will produce tiny, star-shaped flowers
throughout the summer. A wonderful patio plant, croton will liven
up any home or office. |
